A group which owns Gucci, Balenciaga, Stella McCartney, Alexander McQueen and other exclusive brands, signals that sustainability-focussed fashion has migrated from the fringe to the luxury mainstream. Sustainability has arrived. They are trying to make the world better. In doing this, they hope that other designers would see the good they are doing by taking this step and also follow in the long term.
